Start with Old Delhi, visiting the magnificent Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Enjoy a drive past the historic Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once served as the main residence of Mughal emperors.
Continue to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, where he was cremated. Proceed towards New Delhi, passing the iconic India Gate, a war memorial honoring Indian soldiers, and enjoy a drive past the grand President’s House (Rashtrapati Bhavan) and Parliament buildings, showcasing British-era architecture.
Later, visit the impressive Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the tallest brick minaret in the world, surrounded by ancient ruins. Continue to Humayun’s Tomb, another UNESCO site and a precursor to the Taj Mahal, renowned for its beautiful Mughal architecture and gardens.
In the afternoon, depart for Agra via a comfortable drive (approximately 3–4 hours). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax after the journey.
Overnight stay in Agra.
Begin your day early with a magical sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Witness the changing hues of this marble masterpiece as the sun rises—a truly unforgettable experience. (Note: Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.)
Return to the hotel for breakfast. Afterwards, visit the grand Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that served as the royal residence of the Mughal emperors. Explore its palaces, courtyards, and audience halls, offering stunning views of the Taj Mahal from across the Yamuna River.
Later, drive towards Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan (approximately 5–6 hours). En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the beautifully preserved Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore notable structures such as Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, and Panch Mahal.
Continue your journey to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, begin sightseeing in Jaipur, famously known as the Pink City. Visit the majestic Amber Fort, perched on a hilltop and showcasing a blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. You may choose an optional elephant ride or jeep ride to ascend the fort.
Proceed for city sightseeing, starting with the City Palace, a splendid complex of courtyards, museums, and royal residences still partially occupied by the royal family. Next, visit Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring remarkable astronomical instruments built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II.
Stop for photographs at the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), known for its intricate pink sandstone façade with hundreds of small windows designed for royal ladies to observe city life unseen.
Optionally, explore local markets, famous for handicrafts, textiles, jewelry, and souvenirs.
After completing the tour, you will be transferred to Jaipur airport/railway station or driven back to Delhi, as per your travel plan, marking the end of your memorable Golden Triangle Tour.
